Let’s Begin!

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well! Let marinate over night if you can… 1 hour will work too…

Preheat grill over HIGH heat for 10 minutes. We want this grill to be SMOKING hot!!!

Drop chicken on the flat side and let cook for 3-4 min. Its going to flare up, but let it happen and enjoy it.

Flip and cook for another 3-4 min. I know the flare ups will be scary, but let it happen. Build up that crust.

Flip again, and let sit for a moment. You can cut a piece to make sure its cooked, but most boneless/ skinless will be cooked by now. Pull from the grill and let the chicken rest for 2-3 more minutes. Slice and serve with Rice or Noodles or with a Beer… YUM!
