Cory Walby- STREET STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN

 
Ingredients
10-12 Chicken Thighs - Boneless and Skinless
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
6 cloves of Garlic — Minced
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

 

Let’s Begin!

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well! Let marinate over night if you can… 1 hour will work too…

  2. Preheat grill over HIGH heat for 10 minutes. We want this grill to be SMOKING hot!!!

  3. Drop chicken on the flat side and let cook for 3-4 min. Its going to flare up, but let it happen and enjoy it.

  4. Flip and cook for another 3-4 min. I know the flare ups will be scary, but let it happen. Build up that crust.

  5. Flip again, and let sit for a moment. You can cut a piece to make sure its cooked, but most boneless/ skinless will be cooked by now. Pull from the grill and let the chicken rest for 2-3 more minutes. Slice and serve with Rice or Noodles or with a Beer… YUM!
