Cory Walby - MAPLE CHIPOTLE SALMON

Ingredients

1 Side or Filet of Salmon — Deboned and Cleaned

Glaze

4 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Grainy Mustard

2 tsp Chipotle Pepper

1 tsp Sesame Oil

Salt and Pepper 

 

Let’s Begin!

  1. Preheat Oven to 425f. Mix all the Glaze ingredients together in a bowl. Coat the Salmon in 1/3 of it. Let stand while the oven heats.

  2. Bake for 10 min. Re-apply the glaze again, and bake for another 5-6 min.

  3. Re-apply again and Broil for 2 min to color up.

  4. Enjoy with some rice and Broccoli, or just with a fork… Just saying is all..
